Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) is an indicator of measuring our kidney function

Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR) is an indicator of measuring our kidney function. In Kidney Disease, GFR will decline to some extents. Well then, how to improve GFR for kidney disease patients?
GFR measures how much blood is filtered by the tiny filters called glomeruli in kidneys each minute. The normal GFR range is 90 to 120ml/min. But it is affected by the age, gender, weight, physical condition, etc. When GFR is lower 60, it indicates the kidney function is damaged.
How to improve GFR?
From the above mentioned, we can know that if GFR declines, it means glomeruli in kidneys are damaged, and the blood flow to kidneys will be reduced. Thus the treatment for improving GFR should be able to improve kidney function and increase blood flow to kidneys.
What treatments can meet the above requirements simultaneously?
Traditional Chinese Medicine has been applied for about 30 years since our hospital was established. These Chinese medicines are made of various treatments, in which the general treatment is called Toxin-Removing Therapy. They can dilate blood vessels, increase blood circulation, and provide nutrients, blood flow and oxygen to damaged kidneys to help kidney function recovery. What is more, the systemic treatment can repair damaged glomeruli and improve renal function gradually. With the improvement of glomeruli function, GFR can be improved, too.
